Patricia Ross-Gruden
President and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Gruden has been a serial entrepreneur, business and community leader since 1974, when she founded her first travel agency. Over the next two decades, she grew that company into a successful chain, eventually selling it in 1999. Ms. Gruden also co-founded and was subsequently CEO of an innovative software and manufacturing equipment company. While CEO she was responsible for driving the company¹s substantial growth.
 
Ms. Gruden¹s community leadership began with her election as the first woman president of a chamber of commerce in Arizona. She has served on the board of directors of National Small Business United (NSBU), a leading national business organization, and was president of the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA). Ms. Gruden was selected to represent Arizona at the White House Conference for Small Business, and has been recognized with numerous awards for her community service and business leadership.

Timothy Matula
Secretary

Mr. Matula has more than twenty-five years experience across a wide range of business disciplines. He began his career as a Financial Advisor for leading financial services companies Shearson Lehman, Smith Barney and Prudential. He then started his own consulting firm in 1995, developing and implementing successful organizational, growth and turnaround strategies for both public and private companies.
 
Mr. Matula has served on the board of directors of several public companies and has served in wide range of senior executive management positions. His depth of experience and knowledge of Asian business practices has been an invaluable asset in his role as Director and Corporate Secretary for eFoodSafety.com, where he has led the identification and selection of Asian business partners who provide testing services for the company’s products. He is an expert in Sarbanes-Oxley regulatory compliance after earning a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Tulane University Law School.

Bob Bowker
Managing Director, Research and Development

Mr. Bowker’s interest in herbal medicine and holistic medicine was initially sparked during his childhood days, which were spent raising exotic animals with his family. It was during that time that he discovered how using herbs and other natural ingredients could provide effective relief for many illnesses in his animals, without the negative side effects associated with many traditional medicines. As an adult, he has traveled the world in search of herbal medicines and holistic approaches that can benefit humanity by providing safe, natural, yet effective treatments. In recent years Mr. Bowker has focused his energy on understanding how pathogens and viruses work, and identifying solutions that address specific ailments that may result from those pathogens and viruses. Today, Mr. Bowker spends his time immersed in the eFoodSafety.com laboratory, where he carries out research and development for new eFoodSafety.com products.

Steven Kushner, PhD
eFoodSafety.com Nutritionist

Dr. Kushner brings more than twenty-three years of experience in the field of nutrition to eFoodSafety.com, where his focus is on product evaluation and development. He has studied, and utilizes the concepts of Dr. Hazel Parcells, one of the foremost nutritionists of the 20th century. Dr. Kushner is primarily engaged in the research and development of unique food and nutritional products that contain properties associated with healing, including herbs, enzymes, homeopathy, phytonutrients, and trace minerals. He first introduced homeopathic amino acids into the mass market for sports nutrition. Dr. Kushner was awarded his Ph.D. for his dissertation on the subject of protomorphogens and their assimilation into the body for improving various areas of health.

Dr. Richard M. Goldfarb, MD, FACS
Member

A Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Goldfarb is a board-certified surgeon with an extensive clinical and business background. His experience as a practicing surgeon in general and trauma surgery led him on a search for products that can improve the appearance of existing and newly formed scar tissue. Today, Dr. Goldfarb is leading ongoing research to develop products that can meet this objective, while also serving as Medical Director for Bucks County Clinical Research.
